Lancaster AI with Python, OpenCV, Pandas, and PyTorch

By January 30, 2020 No Comments

I did a talk this month at Lancaster AI on an intro to Python, OpenCV, Pandas, and PyTorch handling some of the most common tasks. These included list comprehensions, feeding in images to an object detection model, common dataframe tasks in Pandas and reshaping data!

I am doing a lot of work trying to get a PyTorch model training, which is easy if you’re not customizing anything really. However, it’s a lot harder if you’re going to modify a number of the shapes of models, and train on your own dataset. These are some of the lessons I learned during the previous month of putting this together.
