January 2008 – Present, Digital Media Project Manager in Communications
➢ Served as project manager for web redesign project used Drupal 6 CMS. This includes technical development, scheduling, budgeting, and production. Web budget of close to $300k. Launched in September of 2009. Undergoing stage 2 development currently.
➢ Design and create videos for various Dean Level departments, including camera work and post-production.
➢ Lead social media platform technical integration in compliance with Five Year Strategic Initiative.
➢ Manage audio and video productions as Systems Administrator to integrate iTunesU and digital media with school-wide initiatives.
➢ Adjust Drupal templates to comply with new initiatives based on Google Analytics and client feedback.
➢ Maintain web pages using XHTML, CSS, Javascript, and Adobe CS5.

January 2005 – Present, Co-Founder, VP Technology and Communications
➢ Direct and produce first nationwide autism documentary focusing on families called the United States of Autism. Consists of recordings in 5 languages.
➢ Plan all major events, including Edge of Autism Festival, largest autism event in Lancaster County every year and monthly gatherings across 4 counties.
➢ Develop and integrate all aspects of web and media communication, including recent addition of newsletter and blogs. Site undergoing Drupal development.
➢ Lead development agenda to raise autism awareness, organized events with Speaker of House for PA, State Senate Members, international autism speakers, and Miss Pennsylvania.
➢ Act as media spokesperson, giving multiple interviews on Fox, NBC, CBS, ABC, and other affiliates.
➢ Create and implement training programs for new volunteers, including presentations, training DVDs, flyers, and manuals.
➢ Design post production on V-log and promotional videos using Final Cut Studio 3 and self designed green screen studio.
