Creating investment outlook designs can be a tricky thing. For the most part, the design has to be extremely conservative, people are coming to get their information and go, and it has to load quickly.
For 2015, there was a little variation I could do. So I added a video background like AirBnB, which was eventually dropped for dev reasons. However, we fixed the navigation to get better results, added high quality photography, and crate a simple clean design.
Our KPI’s all showed year over year gains in our conversion rates, so the redesign was a success.
